PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

For skid steer loaders, two distinct tread patterns have been designed to suit different operating environments: the R708 and R711.

· R708 Tread Pattern: This pattern is optimized for sandy and loose surfaces. It features excellent self-cleaning properties, which prevent the accumulation of mud and debris. The R708 provides superior traction and drivability on soft terrain.

· R711 Tread Pattern: This pattern is designed for hard, rough surfaces and challenging environments such as mines, underground operations, and scrap yard.

It offers high resistance to cuts, tears, and wear, making it suitable for demanding and abrasive conditions.

Solid tires are off-road tires (OFF THE ROAD), usually limited to a maximum speed of 25Km/h. As a solid tire for skid steer loaders, our company has designed two different patterns according to the different operating environments, namely R708 and R711. The structures of the two patterns are different and their applicable occasions are also different. R708 is suitable for ordinary sand roads. , R711 is suitable for hard and rough road surfaces and operating environments, such as mines, underground mines, and waste treatment plants.

Both 10-16.5 and 12-16.5 have two structural forms, namely pneumatic tire type solid tire and bonded solid tire. Both forms adopt the design of sidewall holes, which not only increases the shock absorption performance of solid tires , has improved its heat dissipation performance. Pneumatic tire-type solid tires need to be installed with rims. If the original vehicle is equipped with pneumatic tires of these two specifications, their rims are one-piece and cannot be installed with solid tires. Therefore, vehicles using 10-16.5 and 12-16.5 pneumatic tires are in The rims need to be replaced when changing solid tires! The rims that are usually replaced are not the common two-piece split rims, but two- or three-piece flat-bottomed rims with locking rings, 6.00-16 and 8.00-20, respectively. Bonded 10-16.5 and 12-16.5 are steel rims customized according to the installation data of the vehicle. Through advanced processing technology, the rubber is bonded to the surface of the steel rim. The stability and safety of the tire are good, no need to press-fit, directly Easy to install and use.
