    Products Description

    The cured on solid tire produced by Yantai Wonray Rubber Tyre Co., Ltd. is a technical combination of traditional pneumatic solid tire and press on band solid tire. It absorbs the advantages of these two kinds of solid tires. Abandoning their own shortcomings, they can adapt to various occasions in today's industrial production. The most widely used are scissor lifts and aerial work vehicle tires, such as 15x5, 14x17.5, 16/70-20, which are widely used in GENIE, JLG, SKYJACK, OTR and other famous brands of aerial work vehicles. With our company's technical level and production capacity, any size of pneumatic solid tires and press-on solid tires can be made into cured on solid tires. In addition to aerial work machinery, there are mine tires used in underground machinery such as 1098x500, 1516x470, and heavy-duty tires used in support trucks, such as 17.5-25, 23.5-25, 26.5-25, etc. Compared with traditional solid tires, this kind of tire has the following advantages:

    • 1 A single type of rubber is formed, and the process is simple, which avoids the bonding problem caused by multiple rubber forming of traditional solid tires, and does not cause the rubber layers to separate when the tire is in use.
    • 2 Due to the good thermal conductivity of the steel ring, the curing time is shorter than that of the traditional solid tire, the energy consumption is low, and the production efficiency is high, which meets the current low-carbon requirements;
    • 3 The steel ring can be reused to reduce the cost of use;
    • 4 The deformation of the tire is small, and the stability and safety are good;
    • 5 The tire rubber layer is relatively thin, and the heat dissipation is better, which solves the problems of traditional solid tires such as flat tires;
    • 6 Since the rubber is directly bonded to the steel ring, the hidden danger of the slip ring is eliminated;
    • 7 Easy to install and use, no need to press-fit rims or hubs;
    • 8 Large Load capacity, the load capacity of the bonded solid tire is more than 10% higher than that of the pneumatic solid tire.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What are cured on solid tires?
    Cured on solid tires are a technical combination of traditional pneumatic solid tires and press-on band solid tires. They absorb the advantages of both designs while eliminating their shortcomings, adapting to various modern industrial applications.
    What equipment are these cured on solid tires mainly used for?
    They are most widely used for scissor lifts and aerial work vehicles (such as Genie, JLG, Skyjack, and OTR). They are also used in underground mining machinery and heavy-duty support trucks.
    How do these tires prevent layer separation during operation?
    Unlike traditional solid tires made with multiple rubber forming processes, these tires are formed with a single type of rubber. This simple process avoids bonding issues and prevents the rubber layers from separating during use.
    Do cured on solid tires eliminate the risk of tire slippage?
    Yes. Because the rubber layer is directly vulcanized and bonded to the steel ring, the hidden danger of slip rings is completely eliminated, ensuring higher safety and stability.
    Are these tires easy to install and replace?
    Yes, they are very easy to install and use. There is no need to press-fit rims or hubs during setup, which simplifies maintenance and saves operational time.
    What is the load capacity advantage of cured on solid tires?
    Due to their robust design and direct bonding technology, the load capacity of these bonded solid tires is more than 10% higher than that of traditional pneumatic solid tires.
