China Factory Solid Forklift Tires: Durable, Puncture-Resistant Solution from Reliable Suppliers
PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION
W007 Series
The W007 series is a new line of high-performance solid tires designed specifically for heavy-duty vehicles. It features a novel structural and tread design, balancing load-bearing capacity with elasticity to reduce vehicle vibrations and enhance comfort. This design also ensures exceptional vehicle stability. The new longitudinal and transverse mixed tread pattern improves both wet slip resistance and traction, effectively enhancing the vehicle's pulling efficiency. Coupled with a high-performance compound, these tires meet various operational requirements. The W007 series offers high load capacity, low rolling resistance, low heat generation, and low energy consumption. These advantages significantly improve the tire's sustainability in high-intensity operations, reduce vehicle downtime, and increase work efficiency, providing excellent cost performance.
R705 Series
The R705 is also one of our two earliest developments of solid tires. It features a wide tread surface, excellent traction characterized by high elasticity, low rolling resistance, low heat generation, and high wear resistance. These qualities make it particularly suitable for handling equipment such as forklifts.
R701 Series
The R701 is one of our two earliest developments of solid tires. It features a large contact width and thus contact area, excellent pattern interchangeability, and superior drainage performance. This results in outstanding traction, stability, and overall driving performance, including braking and safety. The series offers a full range of specifications and is suitable for industrial vehicles across various fields.

APPLICATION
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the primary benefits of the W007 Series solid tires?
The W007 series features a novel structural and tread design that balances load-bearing capacity with elasticity. It offers high load capacity, low rolling resistance, low heat generation, and low energy consumption, which reduces vehicle vibration and downtime while enhancing overall work efficiency.
Why is the R705 Series recommended for forklifts?
The R705 series is specifically designed with a wide tread surface, high elasticity, low rolling resistance, and high wear resistance. These features make it highly stable and efficient for material handling equipment like forklifts operating under heavy loads.
How does the R701 Series ensure driving safety?
The R701 series is designed with a large contact width for an increased contact area, superior drainage performance, and excellent pattern interchangeability. This ensures outstanding traction, vehicle stability, and reliable braking performance in various industrial environments.
Are these solid tires compatible with standard industrial rims?
Yes, our solid tires are engineered to fit a wide range of standard industrial rim sizes (such as 3.00, 4.00E, 5.00F, 7.00, etc.) as detailed in our product specifications table. Please refer to the specifications table to match your tire size with the appropriate rim size.
What is the difference in load capacity based on vehicle speed?
Load capacity varies by vehicle speed and wheel function (driving vs. steering). Generally, lower speeds (e.g., 10 km/h) allow for higher maximum load capacities compared to higher speeds (e.g., 25 km/h), as detailed in our comprehensive load performance specifications.
